HOW DO I USE MY CALL EFFECTIVELY?
Each call has a unique technique for delivering the right sound and we want to ensure you get the best results from your purchase.
Some calls include an instructional video, which you'll find on the relevant product page via the Shop.

CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER?
Bulk orders of 100 units or more are available at a discounted rate.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
We are an independently run small business. Each call is assembled by hand and individually tested to ensure you receive a product which meets the high standards our customers rely on.
Orders may take 1–9 business days to process due to the time and effort we spend on each call, as well as other work commitments.
Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship both within Australia and internationally. However, due to the changes to import tariff rules, we are currently unable to ship to the United States or its territories.
We’ll update this section if shipping to these locations resumes.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
All items are securely packaged in padded mailer bags or boxes and shipped via Australia Post.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. If you haven’t received an email, your order is likely still being prepared. Please refer to the processing times mentioned above.
